Surprise is a truly beautiful all ages community and it is the 7th Largest City Area in Maricopa County with over 52k homes and over 117k residents.  You will be "surprised" by how clean and beautiful this town is. Everything has been planed in advance... tree lined streets, parks and washes, you just have to see it. Surprise is not resting. There are big growth plans and 10s of thousands new home sites have been slated for future development. Big goals for improved and new recreation amenities. By 2030, the goal for Surprise is to have 1,200 acres of new public parks, including new 200-acre city park, six new 25-acre community parks and 847 acres of open space. This is a beautiful town and it will only get better.  The recently finished Loop 303 added access from South and North.  There are plans for Prasada Mall close to Loop 303. Still close to everything even the Sky Harbor Airport with the Loop 303.
